Intent
This project explores how new mixed-use development can integrate sensitively into an established Granville Street context while providing much-needed housing and retail activation at street level. The design prioritizes pedestrian experience and neighborhood connectivity.
My Role
- •Developed schematic floor plans for residential levels
- •Created presentation renderings for client meetings
- •Coordinated with structural engineer on column placement
- •Prepared zoning analysis diagrams



Outcome
The project received development permit approval in Q3 2024. The client praised the efficient unit layouts and street-level activation strategy.
