Missing middle housing infill

Intent
A response to Vancouver's housing crisis through thoughtful densification. This rowhouse project demonstrates how missing middle housing can be integrated into established single-family neighborhoods while respecting existing character and providing family-friendly homes.

Outcome
The project received rezoning approval and is currently under construction, expected to complete in 2025.
